- 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont Gin de Montréal
- 60 ml (2 oz) grapefruit juice
- 15 ml (½ oz) lemon juice
- 22,5 ml (¾ oz) maple syrup
- 3 slices of cucumber
- 1 slices of cucumber for garnish
- A few ice cubes
- 1 shaker
- 1 highball glass
Directions
- Mash the cucumber gently with a pestle.
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a highball glass with a few ice cubes.
- Garnish the glass with a slice of cucumber and serve immediately.
- Sip slowly and enjoy!
