- 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont Orange Électrique Liqueur
- 45 ml (1 ½ oz) guava juice
- 22,5 ml (¾ oz) thyme syrup
- 15 ml (½ oz) lime juice
- 60 ml (2 oz) soda
- 1 thyme sprig for garnish
- 1 shaker
- 1 highball glass
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients, except the soda, in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a highball glass and top with soda.
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
- Savour.
