This invigorating cocktail is as delicious in the summer as an aperitif in the sun as it is in the winter on the darkest nights of the year.

- 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont Vodka
- 15 ml (½ oz) crème de menthe
- 15 ml (½ oz) simple syrup
- 22,5 ml (¾ oz) lemon juice
- 1 slice of dehydrated lemon and a few mint leaves for garnish
- 1 shaker
- 1 champagne coupe
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a coupe.
- Garnish with a slice of dehydrated lemon and a few mint leaves and serve immediately.
