- 45 ml (1 ½ oz) Rosemont Sureau Elderberry Liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz) pineapple juice
- 15 ml (½ oz) lime juice
- 45 ml (1 ½ oz) sparkling wine
- A few ice cubes
- 1 wine glass
Directions
- Pour all the ingredients into a wine glass.
- Stir with a spoon.
- Drop in a few ice cubes
- Close your eyes and listen to the sound of the waves.
