Black Tea Syrup
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon black tea
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the sugar and stir until it completely dissolves.
- Add the black tea and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Filter through a sieve.
- Black tea syrup can be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator in a glass container.
