Spiced Rum

Rain or shine, it’s Bermuda time!

- 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont Spiced Rum
- 15 ml (½ oz) maple syrup
- 30 ml (1 oz) lime juice
- 90 ml (3 oz) ginger beer
- 1 lime wedge for garnish
- A few ice cubes
- 1 Old-Fashioned glass
Directions
- Pour all the ingredients into an Old-Fashioned glass. Add the rum last.
- Add a few ice cubes and garnish the glass with a lime wedge.
- Serve immediately.
