Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont Spiced Rum
  • 15 ml (½ oz) maple syrup
  • 30 ml (1 oz) lime juice
  • 90 ml (3 oz) ginger beer
  • 1 lime wedge for garnish
  • A few ice cubes
  • 1 Old-Fashioned glass

Directions

  • Pour all the ingredients into an Old-Fashioned glass. Add the rum last.
  • Add a few ice cubes and garnish the glass with a lime wedge.
  • Serve immediately.
