La Pomme + Sureau Elderberry

Astonishingly simple, the fusion of apple and elderberry creates a sweet flavour with a lovely hint of bitterness. Savour it on the grass as an aperitif at the first sight of spring!

- 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont La Pomme Apple Spirit
- 30 ml (1 oz) Rosemont Sureau Elderberry Liqueur
- 3 dashes of aromatic bitters
- 1 apple slice for garnish
- 1 shaker
- 1 champagne coupe
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a champagne coupe.
- Garnish the coupe with a thin slice of apple.
- Enjoy!
