- 15 ml (½ oz) bitter liquor
- 30 ml (1 oz) grapefruit juice
- 15 ml (½ oz) cayenne pepper syrup
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 1 grapefruit wedge and a few mint leaves for garnish
- 1 shaker
- 1 champagne coupe
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a coupe.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a few mint leaves.
