Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont Gin de Montréal
  • 60 ml (2 oz) grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml (½ oz) lemon juice
  • 22,5 ml (¾ oz) maple syrup
  • 3 slices of cucumber
  • 1 slices of cucumber for garnish
  • A few ice cubes
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 highball glass

Directions

  • Mash the cucumber gently with a pestle.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for several seconds.
  • Pour carefully into a highball glass with a few ice cubes.
  • Garnish the glass with a slice of cucumber and serve immediately.
  • Sip slowly and enjoy!
