Destination: West Indies! We’ve revisited this great Creole classic with our White Rum and maple syrup.

- 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont White Rum
- 7.5 ml (¼ oz) maple syrup
- 15 ml (½ oz) lime juice
- 1 lime wedge for garnish
- 1 Old-Fashioned glass
Directions
- Pour all the ingredients into an Old-Fashioned glass.
- Stir with a spoon.
- Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and serve immediately.
