Destination: West Indies! We’ve revisited this great Creole classic with our White Rum and maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont White Rum
  • 7.5 ml (¼ oz) maple syrup
  • 15 ml (½ oz) lime juice
  • 1 lime wedge for garnish
  • 1 Old-Fashioned glass

Directions

  • Pour all the ingredients into an Old-Fashioned glass.
  • Stir with a spoon.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and serve immediately.
