Whisky de Montréal – 3 Years

This whisky is micro-distilled in small batches.

Fermentation is followed by double distillation in a Charentais alembic, giving our whisky a smooth, delicate and, above all, non-heating mouthfeel.
The result is then poured into American, French and Hungarian oak barrels of varying degrees of toast, and aged for 3 years.  Blending follows and no sugar or caramel is added.

Its woody fragrance resulting from the aging process balances perfectly with its notes of vanilla and caramel to create a whisky that is soft and delicate on the palate. Our Rosemont Whisky de Montréal is delicious on its own or on the rocks, though it also makes a wonderful base for your cocktails. Share it in good company, especially by the fire.
