Our Rosemont Whisky de Montréal is a bourbon-style whisky, which means it is mainly composed of corn. Fermented from corn (80%), wheat (10%) and barley (10%) grains grown in Saint-Constant, the must is double distilled in our Charentais alembic still before being aged in white oak barrels for three years.

Its woody fragrance resulting from the aging process balances perfectly with its notes of vanilla and caramel to create a whisky that is soft and delicate on the palate. Our Rosemont Whisky de Montréal is delicious on its own or on the rocks, though it also makes a wonderful base for your cocktails. Share it in good company, especially by the fire.
