Hispanic communities have long embraced our rums, and we, in turn, are inspired by their infectious energy. It is from this meeting of passions that our Aguardiente was born—a contemporary interpretation crafted with deep respect for the traditions surrounding this iconic anise-based spirit.

True to our philosophy, its character is built on simplicity and the quality of its ingredients. After a six-month maceration, green anise—also featured in our celebrated Pastis—is blended into an aged white rum base. Unsweetened and bottled at a moderate proof, this reimagined Aguardiente allows the captivating aromatics of this “fiery water” to take center stage.

On the nose, bright herbal and anise-driven notes emerge with striking clarity. The palate reveals a softer, more enveloping texture, where the spirit’s aromatic intensity gradually gives way to a smooth and lingering sweetness.
