By bringing our craft together with that of the passionate beekeepers at Québec-based Miels d’Anicet, we pay tribute to this essential pollinator and its vital role in sustaining the balance of our ecosystems.

The elegance of this liqueur begins with its signature ingredient: the exceptional Spring honey, harvested from northern apiaries and prized for its delicate, refined aromatics. Blended with Whisky de Montréal, double-distilled in our Charentais alembic still, it reveals subtle herbaceous nuances. A three-year maturation in oak barrels completes the composition, imparting richness, texture, and remarkable harmony.

Abeille opens with gentle floral and orchard-fruit notes, unfolding gracefully before giving away to a rich and velvety texture that carries the flavours forward.
