- 30 ml (1 oz) Rosemont Pastis de Montréal
- 30 ml (1 oz) Rosemont Sureau Elderberry Liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz) lemon juice
- 10 ml (⅓ oz) simple syrup
- 30 ml (1 oz) egg white
- A few drops of Angostura for garnish
- A few ice cubes
- 1 shaker
- 1 champagne coupe
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a coupe with a few ice cubes.
- Garnish with a few drops of Angostura and serve immediately.
