Ingredients

  • 45 ml (1 ½ oz) Rosemont Pastis de Montréal
  • 60 ml (2 oz) grapefruit juice
  • 22,5 ml (¾ oz) lemon juice
  • 15 ml (½ oz) agave syrup
  • Star anise for garnish
  • A few ice cubes
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 highball glass

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for several seconds.
  • Pour carefully into a highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Garnish with star anise and serve immediately.
