- 45 ml (1 ½ oz) Rosemont Pastis de Montréal
- 60 ml (2 oz) grapefruit juice
- 22,5 ml (¾ oz) lemon juice
- 15 ml (½ oz) agave syrup
- Star anise for garnish
- A few ice cubes
- 1 shaker
- 1 highball glass
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Garnish with star anise and serve immediately.
