- 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont L’Après-Ski Spiced Rum
- 15 ml (½ oz) ginger syrup
- 4 dashes of blackstrap bitters
- 1 thin slice of candied ginger for garnish
- A few ice cubes
- 1 Old-Fashioned glass
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients into an Old-Fashioned glass.
- Stir with a spoon.
- Add a few ice cubes and garnish with a thin slice of candied ginger.
