Lavender Syrup

  • 1 cup (250 ml) water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3-4 sprigs of lavender

Directions

  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • Add the sugar and stir until it completely dissolves.
  • Add the lavender.
  • Let the mixture cool, then filter through a sieve.
  • Lavender syrup can be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator in a glass container
