- 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont Gin Rose Pink Gin
- 30 ml (1 oz) grapefruit juice
- 10 ml (⅓ oz) lemon juice
- 22,5 ml (¾ oz) lavender syrup
- 1 grapefruit wedge and a sprig of lavender for garnish
- 1 shaker
- 1 champagne coupe
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a champagne coupe.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of lavender and serve immediately.
