- 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont Madame Gin
- 45 ml (1 ½ oz) mandarin juice
- 10 ml (⅓ oz) lime juice
- 22,5 ml (¾ oz) ginger syrup
- 90 ml (3 oz) tonic
- 1 mandarin slice for garnish
- 1 shaker
- 1 highball glass
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients, except the tonic, in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a highball glass.
- Top with tonic.
- Garnish the glass with a mandarin slice and serve immediately.
