The French 5447 (our address on Rue Chapleau) is our own version of the French 75, created in Paris in 1922. A dazzling blend of our Madame Gin and bubbly, this elegant cocktail makes the perfect toast for any celebration.

- 30 ml (1 oz) Rosemont Madame Gin
- 15 ml (½ oz) lemon juice
- 15 ml (½ oz) maple syrup
- 90 ml (3 oz) bubbly (Champagne, Cava or Prosecco)
- Lemon peel for garnish
- 1 shaker
- 1 champagne flute
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except the bubbly, in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a champagne flute.
- Top with the bubbly.
- Garnish the glass with a lemon peel and serve immediately.
- Raise your glass and celebrate!
