Ordinary, the banana? You’d think so… until it meets the flame. We capture it in all its flamboyance to create a bold flavoured rum with a strong character.

The journey begins with bananas ripened slowly to peak maturity, then coated in cane sugar and flambéed to unlock their richest, warmest aromas. They are then immersed in rum for a three-week maceration, allowing the spirit to absorb the fruit’s full intensity. Once transformed into a purée and distilled in our Charentais alembic still, they yield a concentrated essence of flambéed banana layered with notes of perfectly ripe fruit. This aromatic heart is then blended with rum aged in once-used bourbon barrels, whose depth lend structure, balance, and refinement.

On the nose, Santa Banana reveals inviting aromas of caramelized banana and vanilla notes. The palate is generous and fruit-driven, delivering a richness that is far less sweet than expected. Ripe banana unfolds gracefully, supported by soft spice and a rounded texture that carries through to a smooth, lingering finish.
