- 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont Gin de Montréal
- 45 ml (1 ½ oz) lemon juice
- 30 ml (1 oz) simple syrup
- 30 ml (1 oz) egg white
- 3 round slices of cucumber
- 1 sprig of rosemary for garnish
- A few ice cubes
- 1 shaker
- 1 Old-Fashioned glass
Directions
- Flambé the rosemary quickly. Set aside.
- Mash the cucumber rounds gently with a pestle.
- Combine all the ingredients, except the rosemary, in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into an Old-Fashioned glass with a few ice cubes.
- Garnish the glass with the rosemary sprig.
- Enjoy!
