- 45 ml (1 ½ oz) Rosemont La Pomme Blanche Marie-Jo Apple Spirit
- 22,5 ml (¾ oz) Rosemont Sureau Elderberry Liqueur
- 10 ml (⅓ oz) agave syrup
- 52,5 ml (1 ¾ oz) pear juice
- Apple and pear slices for garnish
- A few ice cubes
- 1 shaker
- 1 highball glass
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a highball glass with some ice cubes.
- Garnish the glass with apple and pear slices.
