Our Rosemont La Pomme Blanche Marie-Jo Apple Spirit is a tribute to Marie-Jo, Lilian’s mother, to her orchards and the sweet aromas that permeated the family kitchen.
Fermented from the juice of Quebec-grown apples, the must is then double distilled in our Charentais alembic still.
With its apple pie aromas, La Pomme Blanche Marie-Jo is quite simply an invitation to enjoy life’s simple pleasures!
