- 37,5 ml (1 ¼ oz) Rosemont La Pomme Blanche Marie-Jo Apple Spirit
- 22.5 ml (¾ oz) Rosemont Whisky de Montréal
- 22,5 ml (¾ oz) cayenne pepper syrup
- 30 ml (1 oz) lemon juice
- Dehydrated orange slices for garnish
- A few ice cubes
- 1 shaker
- 1 highball glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a highball glass and dip the rim in cayenne pepper.
- 2- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a thin slice of dehydrated orange
