The elderflower tonic wonderfully enhances the chocolate and fruity flavors of our Madame Gin Amour. A real treat!

- 60 ml (2 oz) of Rosemont Madame Gin Amour
- Elderflower Tonic 1642
- 1 or 2 cherries for garnish
- A few ice cubes
- 1 wine glass
Directions
- Pour the gin in a wine glass with ice cubes.
- Top up with tonic.
- Decorate with one or two cherries and serve immediately.
