- 45 ml (1 ½ oz) Rosemont Pineapple Rum
- 15 ml (1 ½ oz) Rosemont Sureau Elderberry Liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz) lemon juice
- 15 ml (½ oz) honey
- 2 dashes Angostura
- 1 slice of lemon for garnish
- A few ice cubes
- 1 shaker
- Old-Fashioned glass
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into an Old-Fashioned glass with a few ice cubes.
- Garnish the glass with a slice of lemon and serve immediately.
