- 45 ml (1 ½ oz) Rosemont Pineapple Rum
- 30 ml (1 oz) pineapple coconut lemonade
- 15 ml (½ oz) ) lime juice
- 15 ml (½ oz) cayenne pepper syrup
- 1 slice of dehydrated pineapple for garnish
- 1 shaker
- 1 champagne coupe
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for several seconds.
- Pour carefully into a coupe.
- Garnish with a thin slice of dehydrated pineapple.
- Feel those tropical vibes!
