Pineapple Rum

This summer, whether you are lounging on your terrace, by the water or at a picnic, this sunny cocktail will take you straight to the tropics.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 oz) Rosemont Pineapple Rum
  • 22,5 ml (¾ oz) guava juice
  • 15 ml (½ oz) mango juice
  • 15 ml (½ oz) lemon juice
  • Dehydrated pineapple slices for garnish
  • A few ice cubes
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 Old-Fashioned glass

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for several seconds.
  • Pour carefully into an Old-Fashioned glass with a few ice cubes.
  • Garnish the glass with thin slices of dehydrated pineapple.
  • Fill up on sunshine!
