Gin de Montréal

Our Rosemont Gin de Montréal combines the distillation of neutral alcohol and juniper berries with the distillation of cucumber juice lightly infused with blackcurrant wood.

The cucumbers we use for our Gin de Montréal are harvested in Rougemont before being freshly pressed, with their peel, at our distillery. The blackcurrant wood is from Île d’Orléans.

With its perfectly balanced cucumber aromas, this rum has a fresh and delicate taste. Serve it chilled with a little drop of tonic!
