Ginger Syrup



  • 1 cup (250 ml) water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 30 g grated ginger


  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • Add the sugar and stir until it completely dissolves.
  • Add the ginger and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Let the mixture cool, then filter through a sieve.
  • Ginger syrup can be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator in a glass container.
