Madame Gin Amour + Baba au Rhum

- 45 ml (1 ½ oz) of Rosemont Madame Gin Amour
- 15 ml (½ oz) Rosemont Baba au Rhum
- 30 mL (1 oz) Indian Tonic Fever-Tree
- 30 ml (1 oz) sparkling water
- 1 piece of chocolate for garnish
- A few ice cubes
- 1 old fashioned glass
Directions
- Pour all ingredients in an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
- Stir gently with a spoon.
- Decorate with a piece of chocolate and serve immediately.
