Cayenne Pepper Syrup
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the sugar and stir until it completely dissolves.
- Add the cayenne pepper and let it macerate for two days.
- Filter through a sieve.
- Cayenne pepper syrup can be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator in a glass container.
